Three previously deported aliens – Alexander Nolasco-Hernandez, Ruben Marcos-Santiago, and Celedonio Plancarte-Perez – were busted in Ocala, Florida, for sneaking back into the country. The trio pleaded guilty to illegal reentry, a federal crime that carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison. The arrests were made in June 2026, after the men were encountered by authorities in the Middle District of Florida.
Nolasco-Hernandez, 41, from Honduras, had been removed from the US twice before. Marcos-Santiago, 30, from Mexico, had been kicked out three times, while Plancarte-Perez, 38, also from Mexico, had been deported twice.
