Drug Dealer Gets 5 Years in Prison

A Johnstown, Pa. resident has been locked up behind bars for nearly 5 years for violating federal narcotics laws. Derrick L. Harper, Jr., 27, was sentenced to 57 months in prison and three years’ supervised release on his conviction of violating federal narcotics laws.
