Bank Robber Caught in the Act on Christmas Eve
A man was arrested today in connection with the Christmas Eve armed bank robbery of a Capital One Bank in the heart of New Orleans.
According to authorities, Devin Chaney, a local resident, allegedly robbed the Capital One Bank branch located at 313 Carondelet Street in New Orleans on December 24.
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans and FBI New Orleans Field Division Special Agent in Charge Douglas Williams announced the arrest, crediting the FBI New Orleans Violent Crime Task Force for their diligent work in investigating the case.
