Devon Duncan, 36, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Nancy Torresen on [no date specified] for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Duncan pleaded guilty on August 16, 2022.

On April 28, 2022, an unknown assailant shot through the door of Duncan’s residence in Lewiston, striking his wife multiple times. During the investigation into the shooting, which is ongoing, officers assigned to the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit discovered a Glock 19X 9mm handgun in Duncan’s apartment, as well as a 17-round magazine, 26 grams of cocaine base, and paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking.
