Boston, MA – In a shocking turn of events, a Dominican national has been charged with illegally reentering the United States after being deported.
According to the indictment, Sandy Saul Pena, 35, was deported in February 2012, but was found to be illegally present in the country in December 2016. Federal agents in Boston made the discovery and immediately took action against Pena.
