HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – A former Fulton Bank employee has been charged with stealing from the bank’s S. Queen Street branch in York, Pennsylvania.
Donna S. Miller, 45, of Felton, is accused of stealing $13,325 from Fulton Bank between September 2013 and November 2014, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
The 45-year-old bank employee allegedly stole the money during her employment at Fulton Bank. She was terminated in November 2014 and has since made full restitution to the bank.
The government has filed a plea agreement with Miller, which is subject to approval by the court. No date has been scheduled for her guilty plea.
The case was investigated by the Harrisburg Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Kim Douglas Daniel.
Miller faces a maximum penalty of 10 years of imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine, according to federal law.
