WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA – A Cleveland man has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for distributing cocaine in West Virginia. Dorion D. McMullen, also known as ‘Caesar’, pleaded guilty to the charge in October 2018.
McMullen, 28, admitted to selling cocaine in Ohio County in December 2017. He was sentenced to 30 months incarceration by U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven L. Vogrin prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. The Ohio Valley Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.
The case against McMullen was a result of an investigation into cocaine distribution in Ohio County. According to court documents, McMullen sold cocaine in the area in December 2017.
