Johnstown, Pa. – In a shocking turn of events, Douglas Vines, a 45-year-old inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Loretto, Pa., has been sentenced to 9 months in prison for attempting to obtain a quantity of suboxone on July 20, 2015.
