A Porcupine, South Dakota man is facing the harsh realities of a decade-long prison sentence after being convicted of a heinous crime.

Duane Cross, a 52-year-old resident of Porcupine, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
