Machinegun Possession Lands Defendant in Hot Water
A recent guilty plea by Eli Couvertier Pollock has brought attention to the severity of machinegun possession laws. On June 16, 2026, Couvertier Pollock pleaded guilty to possession of a machinegun in Criminal Case 24-182.
