Methamphetamine Distribution Lands Omaha Man 60 Months in Prison
A federal court in Omaha has sentenced 54-year-old Eric D. Waller to 60 months in prison for his role in distributing methamphetamine. The sentence was handed down by Chief United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. on March 10, 2023.
According to the investigation, on May 16, 2022, Waller sold methamphetamine to a cooperating witness working with law enforcement. Laboratory testing confirmed a net weight of 13.967 grams and purity of 94.3 percent. There is no parole in the federal system.
Waller will begin a four-year term of supervised release after his release from prison, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced. The case was investigated by the Omaha Police Department.
