Eric Quinn Franklin, 49, of Lakewood, Washington, was convicted of three counts related to the distribution of crack cocaine, one count of possessing a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking offense, and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The convictions stem from a May 2011 arrest, where Franklin was taken into custody at his Lakewood apartment following sales of crack cocaine to an undercover officer. During the arrest, law enforcement located a safe containing an unloaded Raven Arms .25 caliber semi-automatic pistol, a loaded Para-Ordnance Warthog, .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol, additional ammunition, cocaine, oxycodone, and cash.
