Heroin Trafficking Conspiracy Rocks Pennsylvania Prison

A shocking case of heroin trafficking has come to light in Pennsylvania, with a 24-year-old inmate at SCI Waymart pleading guilty to participating in a conspiracy that distributed heroin during November 2013 to January 2014.
