A Canadian national, a Guatemalan immigrant, and a Cherokee Nation member are facing serious federal charges in Oklahoma. Craig Thornton Bissell, 64, is accused of receiving and distributing child pornography, while possessing images of children under 12. Meanwhile, Marco Antonio Cordova Morales, 19, is charged with conspiring to distribute methamphetamine. Jacob Korn Dake, 25, is facing first-degree murder charges for allegedly killing two people in Indian Country.
The alleged crimes occurred between July 2022 and March 2026, with Dake’s murder charges stemming from incidents in December 2025 and March 2026. The investigations involved the Tulsa Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, the FBI, and the DEA.
Bissell’s charges are particularly disturbing, as they involve the sexual abuse of children. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant US Attorney Jessica Wright. Morales’s meth conspiracy case is being handled by Assistant US Attorney Niko Boulieris.
