The indictment alleges that on or about August 23, 2014, Zeferino-Carranza, an alien, and native and citizen of Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about April 18, 2009, July 3, 2009, and July 5, 2009.
Zeferino-Carranza faces a maximum possible sentence of two years imprisonment if convicted. The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations (“ERO”).
