Fernando Salinas-Palma, Illegal Re-entry After Deportation, Pennsylvania 2018

A Norristown man is facing serious consequences for violating US immigration law. Fernando Salinas-Palma, a/k/a “Fernando Gutierrez-Palma,” was charged today by Indictment with illegal re-entry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Louis D. Lappen.

The indictment alleges that on or about February 21, 2018, Salinas-Palma, an alien, and native and citizen of Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about April 6, 2012, April 24, 2012, and June 30, 2012.

The case was investigated by the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations (“HSI”), and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Katherine E. Driscoll.
