Owen Landry, a 24-year-old member of the Asian Boyz gang, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for his role in a methamphetamine pill trafficking conspiracy in Lowell, Massachusetts. Landry, also known as ‘Oski,’ pleaded guilty in April 2026 to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, as well as other related charges. The investigation into the Asian Boyz gang began in 2021, with Landry and his co-conspirators profiting from the sales of bulk quantities of counterfeit Adderall pills containing methamphetamine.
Landry formed an alleged conspiracy with another gang member, Sovath Yern, to sell the counterfeit pills, using a residence in Lowell as a storage and distribution center. In July and August 2024, Landry negotiated two large pill deals, directing buyers to the Lowell residence to complete the transactions. Unbeknownst to Landry, the pill deals were part of law enforcement operations to surveil and record the purchases.
In one of the deals, a cooperating witness met with Landry’s associate, Zachary Hansen, inside the Lowell residence and paid $2,000 in exchange for 5,000 pills. Landry’s direction and involvement in these transactions ultimately led to his downfall, with the investigation revealing the extent of his involvement in the methamphetamine pill trafficking conspiracy.
Landry’s sentence of 11 years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release, is a significant outcome in the ongoing efforts to disrupt the activities of the Asian Boyz gang and combat methamphetamine trafficking in Massachusetts.
