A notorious Asian Boyz gang member is headed to prison for a decade and a half, convicted of peddling methamphetamine pills to unsuspecting customers in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Isiah Lyons, 30, aka ‘Tank,’ was slapped with an 11-year sentence by Senior U.S. District Court Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV. The conviction stemmed from a brazen conspiracy to distribute fake Adderall pills laced with methamphetamine.
According to prosecutors, Lyons was the middleman, brokering deals for bulk quantities of the pills, which he called ‘oranges’ and ‘adds.’ He partnered with fellow Asian Boyz members to sell the pills in 1,000-unit ‘g packs,’ netting thousands of dollars in profit.
The investigation began in 2021, with federal agents infiltrating the gang’s operation and eventually taking Lyons down with an undercover sting. He was indicted in January 2025, along with several co-conspirators, and convicted of conspiracy to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine.
Lyons will be on supervised release for five years after serving his sentence, a harsh reminder that the Asian Boyz gang’s reign of terror will not be tolerated in Lowell.
