A chilling case of child exploitation has surfaced in Ohio, as authorities reveal that a New York man has been charged with traveling to engage in illicit sexual contact with a minor.

Gary C. Green, Jr., 43, of Johnstown, New York, is accused of knowingly traveling in interstate commerce from New York to Ohio with the intention of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl.

The alleged crime took place between August 3 and August 4, 2013, according to the charges filed by Steven M. Dettelbach, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.
