Rashem Littleberry, Heroin Distribution Conspiracy, PA 2024

PITTSBURGH – In a stunning blow to the Greenway Boy Killas (GBK) street gang, Rashem Littleberry, 29, of Pittsburgh, has pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to distribute heroin. United States Attorney Scott W. Brady broke the news today.

Littleberry’s guilty plea came before Senior United States District Judge Arthur J. Schwab, marking a significant victory for law enforcement agencies involved in the case.

The feds’ wiretap investigation, which began in 2017, targeted the GBK gang and its drug activities around the Greenway Projects in Pittsburgh’s West End. The probe revealed that Littleberry and his co-conspirators were deeply involved in heroin distribution from November 2017 to June 2018.

Scheduled for October 9, 2019, Littleberry faces a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison, a fine of $1 million, or both. The actual outcome will depend on the severity of the offense and his prior criminal history.

Assistant United States Attorneys Tonya Sulia Goodman and Yvonne M. Saadi are leading the prosecution against Littleberry. The investigation was a collaborative effort by multiple agencies, including the FBI, DEA, Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, and several local law enforcement departments.

The multi-agency operation was financially backed by the federal Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Program (OCDETF), which provided crucial support for identifying, investigating, and bringing down major drug trafficking organizations. Littleberry remains in detention pending sentencing.
