The defendant faced numerous counts in U.S. District Court, including transfer of obscene material to a minor and coercion and enticement of a minor.

According to sources, Falcon began engaging in explicit communications with a 15-year-old girl on Instagram between Jan. 1, 2024, and Aug. 12, 2024. During this period, he sent the victim images of his genitals. The victim’s father discovered the explicit messages in August 2024 and immediately contacted the St. Ann Police Department.

On Aug. 13, 2024, the victim’s father reported the incident to the authorities, and Falcon was arrested the following day. After his arrest, Falcon admitted to sexually abusing the victim on multiple occasions.

The U.S. Attorney’s office will request a 216-month prison sentence for Falcon at his sentencing hearing, which is scheduled for Jan. 27, 2026. As a result of his non-legal status in the United States, Falcon will be deported upon his release from prison.
