Graham K. Yahn, 26, a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania, has been indicted on federal child pornography charges.
According to the indictment, Yahn received and possessed computer images depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
The law provides for a maximum total sentence of 30 years in prison, a fine of $500,000, or both for those convicted of this crime.
Assistant United States Attorney Christian A. Trabold is prosecuting this case on behalf of the government.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted the investigation leading to the indictment in this case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
