Two Omaha men, Guy E. Allen and Christopher Mallett, have been found guilty of a serious crime in Lincoln, Nebraska.
According to records, Guy E. Allen and Christopher Mallett were convicted of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine after a jury trial that began on January 22, 2013.
The evidence presented in court included testimony from several crack users who witnessed the defendants’ distribution in the near south area of Lincoln.
The jury also heard evidence of several drug purchases made by undercover Lincoln Police officers during the investigation.
Additionally, Lincoln Police seized crack from Guy Allen and Terrell Tyler during the investigation, which further solidified the case against the defendants.
The conspiracy is alleged to have started in the fall of 2009 and lasted until at least June 15, 2011, when Guy Allen was arrested.
This case was investigated by the Lincoln Police Department, who worked tirelessly to bring the defendants to justice.
Guy E. Allen and Christopher Mallett are currently facing the consequences of their actions, and their sentencing will be determined at a later date.
