A convicted heroin dealer will spend the next 46 months behind bars, a Grimy Times investigation has revealed.
Tina Rose Yoho, a 31-year-old New Martinsville resident, was sentenced for her role in selling heroin in Wetzel County. The crime took place in June 2019.
Yoho’s guilty plea, entered in October 2020, admitted to her involvement in distributing the deadly opioid. Her sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn M. Adkins led the prosecution, while the West Virginia State Police conducted the investigation.
