Heroin Traffickers Busted in Loyalsock Township

A federal grand jury in Harrisburg has indicted two individuals for their alleged involvement in a heroin trafficking conspiracy in Lycoming County. Timothy Moses, 34, of Philadelphia, and Marissa Copen, 26, of Linden, are accused of distributing heroin in the Williamsport area using rental vehicles and hotel rooms.
