A Belarusian journalist has been convicted of treason and sentenced to 9 years in prison, according to a report from Courthouse News.
The defendant, Ihar Losik, was found guilty of treason and sentenced to 9 years in prison on February 22, 2023 in Belarus.
The charges against Losik stem from his work as a journalist and his alleged involvement in the 2020 presidential election in Belarus.
