Defendant Named, Charged with Distributing Child Pornography

Raleigh, NC – A shocking tale of corruption within the law enforcement ranks has unfolded, as Isaac Nielsen, a 31-year-old Halifax County man and former Roanoke Rapids Police Department officer, has been arrested and charged with child exploitation offenses.
