Sex Crime in South Dakota: 24-Year-Old Man Sentenced for Touching Minor
Denver, Colorado, resident Isaac Padilla, 24, has been sentenced for sexual contact with a minor in South Dakota. The incident occurred on February 25, 2017, when Padilla intentionally touched the breast of a 15-year-old girl through her clothing. He was intoxicated at the time of the crime.
