Rodriguez, Jr. pleaded guilty to the charges and admitted to arranging for the purchase, pickup, and delivery of 3 kilograms of fentanyl and a mixture of fentanyl/heroin from a source of supply, which he and others re-distributed in the Utica, New York area.
