Stanfill, 58, of Knoxville, was arrested today in Knoxville by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Instead of investing the funds with Schwab, Stanfill allegedly converted the money to her own personal use.
