PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, resident Jaimere Dehonney, 24, has been accused of violating federal narcotics laws.
The indictment, announced by Acting United States Attorney Stephen R. Kaufman, charges Dehonney with possessing with the intent to distribute and distributing a mixture and substance containing detectable amounts of heroin and fentanyl.
The crime allegedly took place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and occurred at an unknown date, however it was reported in 2024. The investigation was led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Monroeville Police Department.
The indictment provides for a maximum total sentence of not more than 20 years in prison, a fine of not more than $1,000,000.00, a term of supervised release of at least three years, or a combination thereof.
The actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offense and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant. Assistant United States Attorney Brian W. Castello is prosecuting this case on behalf of the government.
