Jeremy David Crawley Pleads Guilty to Drug Conspiracy, McAlester OK, 2023

A McAlester man has pleaded guilty to a federal drug crime in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

Jeremy David Crawley, 46, entered a guilty plea to one count of Drug Conspiracy on [date] before the Honorable D. Edward Snow, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Crawley was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending sentencing.

The indictment alleged that between 2019 and January 2023, Crawley conspired to distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute, at least 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.

The charge arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office, and the McAlester Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Erin Cornell represented the United States.

Crawley’s guilty plea is the result of a thorough investigation by law enforcement agencies in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. The plea is a significant blow to those involved in the distribution and possession of methamphetamine in the area.
