A Marshall County, West Virginia man has admitted to selling a highly addictive and potent form of methamphetamine, also known as ‘ice.’
According to the United States Attorney, John David Crow, 52, of Moundsville, pleaded guilty to one count of ‘Distribution of Methamphetamine.’
The crime took place in November 2021 in Marshall County, West Virginia. Crow admitted to selling the controlled substance during that time.
Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence Crow will receive will be determined by the severity of the offense and any prior criminal history he may have.

Crow faces up to 20 years of incarceration and a fine of up to $1,000,000. The court will determine the exact sentence based on the seriousness of the crime and Crow’s prior record.
