Nampa Man Sentenced for Accessing with Intent to View Child Pornography
A 28-year-old man from Nampa, Idaho, has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for accessing child pornography.
Josiah Yeasley was charged in an information and pleaded guilty to accessing with intent to view visual depictions on the internet of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He used email to request and receive images of child pornography.
A forensic examination of Yeasley’s electronic devices revealed that he had affirmatively saved images and a video file containing child pornography. The plea agreement requires forfeiture of real and personal property associated with the offense.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
