RICHMOND, Va. – A Stafford County man has admitted to attempting to entice a minor to create and send child pornography over the internet.

Justin Fox, 31, pleaded guilty to Attempted Production of Child Pornography in federal court yesterday.

The case began in 2015 when Fox was indicted by a federal grand jury for his role in an online scheme to produce child pornography. According to court documents, Fox posed as a young female online and asked a 13-year-old boy to create and send explicit images.
