Parker Man Sentenced to 51 Months for Robbery

A 30-year-old Parker man has been sentenced to 51 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for his role in a violent robbery on the Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) Indian Reservation in Arizona.

Justin Ray Mike, a member of the CRIT Tribe, pleaded guilty to robbery, which occurred on May 28, 2020. During the robbery, Mike broke into the residence of one of the victims, threatened her with a knife while demanding money, and punched her in the face, causing her to sustain bodily injury. The other victim, also a member of the CRIT Tribe, was present at the residence and was also demanded money from.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the CRIT PD conducted the investigation in this case. Christina J. Reid-Moore, Assistant U.S. Attorney, District of Arizona, Phoenix, handled the prosecution.

U.S. District Judge Dominic W. Lanza presided over the sentencing hearing, delivering a 51-month prison term for Mike. The defendant will also serve three years of supervised release following his prison term. The case number is CR-2020-00782-PHX-DWL, and the release number is 2022-003_Mike.
