Keith Allen Shrum, Child Pornography, Iowa 2021

A Davenport man has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term for his role in producing and receiving child pornography.

Keith Allen Shrum, 32, of Davenport, Iowa, was sentenced on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, by United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey to 210 months in federal prison for production and receipt of child pornography.

Project Safe Childhood is a nation-wide effort to combine law enforcement investigations and prosecutions, community action, and public awareness in order to reduce the incidence of sexual exploitation of children.
