PHOENIX, Arizona – In a shocking turn of events, Keith Patrick Manuel, 40, of Bapchule, Arizona, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for his heinous crimes. On March 27, 2013, U.S. District Judge Karen Schreier handed down the sentence to Manuel, who will also be under lifetime supervised release.
