Kelvin Martinez, Distributing Heroin, Pennsylvania 2012

HAZLETON, PENNSYLVANIA – In a shocking turn of events, Kelvin Martinez, a 35-year-old resident of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, has been charged with distributing heroin in the city in 2012 and 2013.

According to sources, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Pennsylvania State Police conducted a lengthy investigation into Martinez’s activities, leading to the filing of a criminal information in U.S. District Court in Scranton on June 27, 2014.
