The streets of Lewiston, New York, just got a little safer as a local man has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
According to court documents, 60-year-old Frank Rowles was found with two digital scales and a quantity of cocaine during a search warrant executed by law enforcement officers on January 3, 2019, at 5150 Homestead Place in Lewiston.
The investigation was a joint effort between Homeland Security Investigations, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Kevin Kelly, and the Niagara County Drug Task Force, under the direction of Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti.
