Lizbeth Correa, Methamphetamine Trafficking, Indiana 2024

Lizbeth Correa, 35, of Wawaka, Indiana, has pleaded guilty to a felony charge of profiting from a building used for methamphetamine storage and distribution.

According to court documents, Correa managed and controlled a building in Fort Wayne, where methamphetamine was stored and distributed. This charge was filed as a result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the IMAGE Task Force, the Noble County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, the Indiana State Police, the Ligonier Police Department and the Fort Wayne Police Department.

Correa pleaded guilty before Magistrate Judge Roger Cosbey, who is recommending that the district court accept the tendered guilty plea. Parties have 10 days in which to object to the magistrate judge’s recommendation.
