Philadelphia Man Charged with Intent to Distribute Cocaine
Luis A. Perez-Santiago, a 38-year-old resident of Bingham Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been charged with possession with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine, a Schedule II controlled substance.
According to a one-count indictment, Perez-Santiago possessed approximately 28 kilograms of cocaine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 8, 2017. Assistant United States Attorney Joseph T. Labrum, III is prosecuting the case.
