Mark Harold, Distribution of Fentanyl Resulting in Death, Colorado 2022

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – May 25, 2022

Two Grand Junction men have been indicted on charges of distributing fentanyl resulting in death. Mark Harold and Junior Anthony Highline were arrested and made their initial appearance in federal court in Grand Junction on Monday, May 25, 2022. A Federal Magistrate Judge advised them of the charges pending against them.

The charges against Harold and Highline carry a potential penalty of no less than 20 years and up to life in prison, a fine of up to $1,000,000, and at least three years of supervised release.
