Mark Joseph Uhlenbrock, a 62-year-old commercial pilot, has pleaded guilty to a federal stalking charge in Texas, according to a guilty plea announced by United States Attorney Richard L. Durbin, Jr., and FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Combs, San Antonio Division.
Uhlenbrock, of Chesterfield, Missouri, admitted that from the end of his romantic relationship in January 2006 to August 2015, he caused substantial emotional distress to his female victim by posting nude photographs of her on the Internet, including on MyEx.com and elsewhere, without her consent and despite three Bexar County (TX) civil district court injunctions.
On August 26, 2015, FBI agents executed a search warrant at the defendant’s residence and seized two laptop computers. An examination of the laptops revealed nude photos of his victim and numerous bookmarks to links where the defendant posted nude photos of his victim.
As a result of his guilty plea, Uhlenbrock faces up to five years in federal prison. Sentencing will be held at a later date before United States District Judge Xavier Rodriguez. Uhlenbrock remains on bond pending sentencing.
This case was investigated by the FBI and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Sarah Wannarka.
