WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA – A ruthless heroin and cocaine trafficking ring was dealt a major blow today as Mark Louis Flint, II, 30, of Wheeling, pleaded guilty to heroin and cocaine trafficking.

In a shocking turn of events, Flint conspired with other individuals to possess and distribute heroin and cocaine in October 2015 in Ohio County, West Virginia. The sinister plot left many in the community shaken, and today’s guilty plea brings a sense of justice to those affected.

Flint, a notorious figure in the Wheeling underworld, pled guilty today to one count of “Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule I and Schedule II Controlled Substances.” This heinous crime carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.
