York Man Charged with Gun Possession as a Felon
A 36-year-old man from Windsor, Pennsylvania, has been charged with possessing guns as a previously convicted felon.
According to federal authorities, Matthew Bair was indicted on March 4, 2026, by a federal grand jury for unlawfully possessing firearms.
The indictment alleges that Bair possessed an Aero Precision rifle and a Ruger pistol on February 28, 2025, in York County.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Pennsylvania State Police investigated the case.
Assistant United States Attorney Carlo D. Marchioli is prosecuting the case.
The maximum penalty under federal law for this offense is 15 years of imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
