FORT WAYNE – A Kendallville man is facing over 17 years in prison for his role in a massive methamphetamine trafficking operation. Jason Wallen, 41, was sentenced to 210 months in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, for his involvement in the trafficking of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

The case against Wallen began on May 23, 2019, when authorities discovered that he was in possession of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it. According to court documents, Wallen’s prior conviction history qualified him as a career offender under the United States Sentencing Guidelines.

Wallen’s guilty plea was made in the United States District Court, with Judge Holly A. Brady presiding over the case.
