Two Mexican nationals, Jesus Guadalupe-Rosales and Daniel Augusto Lopez-Conchas, have been charged with reentering the United States after being deported multiple times. According to court documents, they were both previously deported and removed from the country.
Lopez-Conchas, 31, was arrested on March 29, 2024, by the Las Vegas Police Department for being a deported alien found unlawfully in the United States. Guadalupe-Rosales, 42, was arrested on July 17, 2025, by the Henderson Police Department for multiple counts of drug trafficking and possession.
Guadalupe-Rosales has been deported six times, with his most recent deportation occurring on July 27, 2020. He has multiple felony convictions, including drug trafficking and fraud. Lopez-Conchas’ history of deportations is unclear, but he was arrested at least once before for being a deported alien.
The two men are scheduled to appear in court on April 30, 2026, for their preliminary hearings. If convicted, they could face up to two years in prison.
