Nikea Paul Lee, Methamphetamine Distribution, Oklahoma 2014

Muskogee, Oklahoma – In a shocking turn of events, Nikea Paul Lee, 38, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced the guilty plea, which stems from an investigation by the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police, the Ardmore Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

The defendant, Nikea Paul Lee, was indicted in June 2014 for knowingly and intentionally possessing over five grams or more of actual Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance, on or about February 6, 2014.

According to court documents, the defendant will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending sentencing.

The statutory range of punishment is not less than 5 years and not more than 40 years imprisonment and/or up to a $5,000,000.00 fine.
