Eufaula Man Sentenced to 150 Months for Methamphetamine Distribution
A 33-year-old Eufaula, Oklahoma man has been sentenced to 150 months in prison for his role in distributing methamphetamine. Sean Deval Warrior, also known as Sean G, was found guilty of violating Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C), which prohibits the distribution of controlled substances.
The charges against Warrior arose from an investigation by the District 18 and District 25 Drug and Violent Crime Task Forces, the Eufaula Police Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The defendant was indicted in August 2014 and pled guilty in September 2014.
According to the indictment, on or about January 24, 2014, Warrior knowingly and intentionally distributed a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
The Honorable Ronald A. White, District Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over the hearing. Assistant United States Attorney Rob Wallace represented the United States.
The defendant will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending transportation to the designated federal prison at which he will serve his nonparolable sentence of 150 months, followed by 36 months of supervised release.
